Product Purchases
All payments for services or products on the “Site” will be processed by third party services (PayPal & Stripe)
It is not our responsibility for the safety or retention of your payment information through PayPal or Stripe.
You agree that you are legally allowed to use the payment methods and any information your provide is truthful and legal.
Refunds
Full refunds will be given for any purchases from the “Site” if notice is given by email within the first 7 days from date of purchase. Once the 7 days have expired from the date of purchase then any requests for a refund will be at the discretion of Nick Squires and the Wealth Creations Group.

We also reserve the right to cancel and discontinue this affiliate course “Site” at any time. You will be informed prior to this cancelation of our decision to discontinue the “Site” and you will be given suitable time to download/copy all course content. If the “Site” is discontinued and you are still within the 6 month support period offered when purchasing a product from the “Site” then you will continue to be offered support (at your request) until your 6 months support offer has expired.
Indemnification

Any disputes that require a court of law will be disputed within a court of law within the United Kingdom.
Any terms within the Terms of Conditions found to be invalid by a court of law in the United Kingdom will have no effect on any remaining terms found within the Terms and Conditions and they shall remain in effect.
